Our Spring 2024 Baseball and Softball registrations are NOW OPEN!! Below are our important dates as of now. We will email updates to the dates below as they come which will include advanced team tryouts, All-Star tryouts, picture dates, etc.

TEAM VOLUNTEERS

Please also note that all of our volunteers (managers, assistant coaches, team parents, etc) are required to complete our background check. The cost is roughly $42 and it is good for a whole year throughout all of our sports in Oakleaf Sports Association. 


You can complete the background by going to https://opportunities.averity.com/OakleafSports and this will take you to the website where you can fill in your information and pay for your background check. If you have completed a background check in the past and are not sure if your background check is still good or not, please reach out to me and I will check it for you.

EQUIPMENT

Gear/Items needed for all baseball/softball players: baseball/softball glove, baseball/softball bat (USA stamp only - if you are unsure of which bat to buy for your child, please reach out to me), baseball/softball helmet, bat bag, cleats (rubber/molded cleats ONLY for T-Ball, 8U, 10U, and 12U. 15U and 18U can use either rubber/molded cleats OR metal cleats), and a protective cup for all male players in 8U and above (6U is optional but is highly recommended).
