Our Country Day Celebration in Keystone Heights

Fun for the whole family at this year’s Our Country Day July 4th Celebration!
This year’s July 4th celebration will focus on the birth of our great nation and the establishment of the City of Keystone Heights. Generations of Floridians have raised their children here as well as the many folks who moved here after discovering our city and community nestled in beautiful Northeast Florida. The community is an example of hometown America. We hope you will join us in supporting this small-town celebration in honor of our city and nation, which is a true local tradition.
On Tuesday, July 4th, a full slate of events and activities are scheduled throughout the day leading up to the spectacular fireworks display at dusk.

At 11 AM, the Lake Region Kiwanis 4th of July Parade kicks off, where the theme this year is “The Heart of Our Community”. Join us for the largest parade that Clay County has to offer with patriotic floats and historic military vehicles. Scroll to the bottom of this page to register your float for the parade.
Following the parade, an Arts & Crafts fair with local food trucks (to be announced soon) will be stationed in Theme Park next to city hall from 9:00am-4:00pm. Come check out the fun and exciting special events throughout the afternoon, including the Car Show and more.
Live music begins at 5 PM down at Keystone Beach featuring the “Dewey Via Band”, a Southern Rock crowd favorite at this year's Clay Day celebration in Tallahassee.
Fireworks at Keystone Beach Park start at 9:30pm, weather and burn ban permitting. Fireworks will be accompanied by patriotic music. The event will also have Food Trucks in the Keystone Beach parking lot. Entry into the park will require each spectator to have an armband. They will cost $1 and can be bought at the day's festivities or can be pre-purchased at city hall and local businesses.
