Dino Snack Lab: Fossil Finder Tasting at Orange Park Library

Travel back in time with UF/IFAS Extension for a dinosaur-themed food science adventure!
Participants will taste pre-portioned popcorn samples inspired by prehistoric creatures and evaluate each “fossil flavor” using a food critic form. Young scientists will use their senses to explore flavor, texture, and aroma while learning how food choices are made.
Important Food Notice:
This program includes pre-portioned food samples. Ingredients will be shared before tasting. Participation in tasting is optional, and attendees with food allergies or dietary restrictions are encouraged to use discretion
