  the water.\n\nHere's what our staff are looking for:\n Can they swim a ful
 l length of the pool unassisted?\n Can they tread water for one minute?\n C
 an they float on their back?\n\nKids who aren't there yet will be tested on
  a simpler but equally important skill — can they recover themselves from a
  face-up or face-down position in the water without help?\nEvery child is t
 ested where they are, no pressure. You'll leave knowing their color and exa
 ctly what they're ready for this summer.\nKids ages 5+ who test at a beginn
 er level qualify for our free Safety Around Water lessons in June and July 
 — at no cost to your family. These are two-week programs with 30-minute dai
 ly lessons. Please note that all sessions must be attended to complete the 
 program.\nJust bring a swimsuit and a towel. No registration required!\n\n
