 nizations to participate in the Art Festival. Please share this information
  with artists, garden clubs, musicians, and other “Arts” organizations or i
 ndividuals. We estimate approximately 20 tents at the festival.<br />Detail
 s: $25 Registration fee payable to the AGOP – along with the Registration F
 orm (Attached).<br />• Participants may have one or more than one tent, reg
 istration is based on per tent.<br />• Participants may have one participan
 t or multiple participants per tent.<br />• Participants provide their own 
 tent, tables, displays, items to sell, etc.<br />• There are no tickets or 
 fees to attend the Art Festival.<br />• There are no commissions or costs t
 o participate, only registration. Each participant collects their own sales
 .<br />• The Grove will have food and drink for sale – accessible via the p
 atio.<br /><br />Once registered, Roger will prepare a map with tent assign
 ments. The map will be displayed on Sunday May 17.<br />Set-up, Sunday, May
  17, 2026, anytime after noon.<br />Take-down at 8pm when the event ends.<b
