 nizations to participate in the Art Festival. Please share this information
  with artists, garden clubs, musicians, and other “Arts” organizations or i
 ndividuals. We estimate approximately 20 tents at the festival.\nDetails: $
 25 Registration fee payable to the AGOP – along with the Registration Form 
 (Attached).\n• Participants may have one or more than one tent, registratio
 n is based on per tent.\n• Participants may have one participant or multipl
 e participants per tent.\n• Participants provide their own tent, tables, di
 splays, items to sell, etc.\n• There are no tickets or fees to attend the A
 rt Festival.\n• There are no commissions or costs to participate, only regi
 stration. Each participant collects their own sales.\n• The Grove will have
  food and drink for sale – accessible via the patio.\n\nOnce registered, Ro
 ger will prepare a map with tent assignments. The map will be displayed on 
 Sunday May 17.\nSet-up, Sunday, May 17, 2026, anytime after noon.\nTake-dow
 n at 8pm when the event ends.\nPlease help with advertising and share the i
 nformation on websites, Facebook, meetings, etc.
