Many driver education schools assist the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) in licensing new drivers. The Driver Education Licensing Assistance Program (DELAP) allows high school driver education programs to provide Class E driver license exam services to minors enrolled in these classes.
