Sweet Honeybee's Cupcakery

My name is Melissa (Missy) Davis, and I am Pastry Chef living in Starke, Florida. My passion is baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes. I have a degree in European Baking and Pastry from The Notter School of Pastry Arts (Orlando, FL), as well as four Certificates from the Wilton School of Decorating and a Certificate in Sugar Art.

Before pastry school I ran a small business decorating cakes for a restaurant in Floral City, Florida. I left that business to pursue my passion and earned my degree in baking and pastry. After pastry school I became Head Pastry Chef and co-owner of a bakery in Lake County, Florida.

Most recently I moved to Bradford County and opened a Cottage Food operation selling cupcakes, cakes, cookies and other pastries from home.
