YMCA Basketball

For boys and girls ages 7 to 17, our youth basketball rec league is designed to teach the fundamentals of the game, enhance skills, and promote good sportsmanship. Volunteer coaches guide players through engaging drills and game-like scrimmages in a supportive and safe environment. This league offers a fantastic opportunity for your child to develop their skills with one practice and one game each week. Sportsmanship, skill progression and teamwork are emphasized. Everyone plays at the Y with our automatic sub rotation!

What to Wear

Jersey/Shorts provided. Basketball shoes are recommended. Jewelry is not allowed to be worn during YMCA Youth Sports. This includes earrings (earrings cannot be taped). Bring your own basketball and water bottle to practice/games.
