YMCA Starters Basketball Clinics

Starter Basketball is for kids 5-7 yr and is an excellent way to introduce kids to basketball through an eight-week 3 vs. 3 season. Each week includes a 30-minute skill practice, followed by a 20-minute game, and a 10-minute character development activity. Led by YMCA basketball staff and follows a structured curriculum. Participants will receive a t-shirt.

Location: Offered at the Dye Clay YMCA or Barco-Newton YMCA.

Non-Members: $180 (includes t-shirt)

What to Wear

Basketball shoes are recommended. We strongly encourage you to bring your own basketball and water bottle. Basketballs will be available for those that do not have one.
