YMCA - Swim Assessment and Lessons

The First Coast YMCA has swim lessons and aquatic programs for all ages and abilities. Our certified and experienced instructors emphasize personal safety, swimming skills and endurance, while guiding students with praise and encouragement.

Swimming is a necessary life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. Our Ys offer swim lessons for all ages, family swim, competitive swimming teams, and many kinds of adaptive swim programs for kids with special needs, so we can all safely enjoy the water.
