Throughout the year the Town of Orange Park will host and sponsor several special events for all ages.
Events:
Fall Festival (October)
The Town of Orange Park Fall Festival is Clay County’s oldest and largest Arts and Crafts Festival! This two-day festival has over 200 artists & vendors and two stages packed with entertainment from regional and local artists! The kids can bounce on inflatables in the Kids Zone. And, of course, the shopping is second to none with art, unique gifts, handmade quilts, jewelry, pottery, and even treats for your furry friends. What’s a festival without great food?! Our 30+ food vendors have it covered! Attendees will enjoy a wide variety of food from barbecue and local seafood to funnel cakes and turkey legs. Farmer’s Market fans can even pick up some fresh produce! Admission is free!
Kids’ Fest (April)
Kids Fest, “The Funnest Event in Town!” Kids Fest has been voted Best Kids Entertainment three years in a row! This event will be packed with exciting games and activities, fascinating displays, interactive shows, live music, great food and shopping! This event is designed with children 12 and younger in mind. Expect more free and low-cost activities than ever before! Admission and parking are free!
Lighting of the Town/Tree (December)
Join us during the holidays as we celebrate the arrival of the holiday season with a ton of seasonal happenings! Light the Park will happen in December. Join us as we light up Town Hall Park for the Holiday season and have a reading of “It was the Night Before Christmas”. (Santa does not attend this event.)
Hometown Holiday in the Park (December)
The Town of Orange Park and The Historical Society of Orange Park team up to bring you an old fashioned holiday celebration! This event features a shopping village, hay rides through our decorated trail of lights, live entertainment, Clarke House tours, photos with Santa and more! It may even snow! Admission and many activities are free!
Carrie Clarke Day (March)
Join us for the Carrie Clarke Day – A Celebration of History in Orange Park. The event will take place at the beautiful Clarke House Park on Kingsley Ave. You will enjoy historic demonstrations, tours, live music, hay rides and, of course, the playground! Admission is free!
Memorial Day (May)
Celebrations and ceremonies honoring our military.
