FREE School & Sports Physicals

We know you're just kicking off summer, but why don't you cross one thing off of your back-to-school list? Clay County Parks and Recreation and Ascension St. Vincent's are offering free school and sports physicals for kids and teens ages 4-18.
Bring your student on Saturday, June 22 from 10-1:30 at Hunter-Douglas Park, located at 4227 Longmire Road in Middleburg. A parent or guardian must be present, and an FHSAA form is required for sports physicals.
