Clay County Animal Services and Parks and Recreation are excited to bring to you our second Hot Diggity Dog Festival! Come see adorable adoptable pups from our facility as well as other great local rescues. We will have free activities, food options, and other fun experiences. This is opened to all, and leashed dogs are more than welcome to attend.
