Join us for the 14th Annual BASCA Cape"ABILITIES" 5K/1M fun walk on September 26, 2026 at 8:00AM in Orange Park, FL. This family-friendly event invites participants of all ages and abilities to Run, Walk or Roll for a great cause!
Get ready to put on your CAPE and show your support for people of ALL abilities! Registration kicks off at 7:00 AM, with the race starting at 8:00 AM for all runners. Enjoy a scenic 3.1 mile course or a 1 Mile Fun Run through historic Orange Park. All runners receive a commemorative race T-shirt* and finisher medial. Runners participating in the 5K are eligible for overall and age group awards. Additionally, chip timing and finish line photos are available for all 5K and Fun Run runners.

BASCA is a nonprofit that provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental differences in Northeast Florida. The 5K/1M event is a fundraiser to purchase a standalone generator for one of our group homes, ensuring that our loved ones can stay safe, warm, and connected during storms.
