
The Art Guild of Orange Park would like to extend invitations to other organizations to participate in the Art Festival. Please share this information with artists, garden clubs, musicians, and other “Arts” organizations or individuals. We estimate approximately 20 tents at the festival.
Details: $25 Registration fee payable to the AGOP – along with the Registration Form (Attached).
• Participants may have one or more than one tent, registration is based on per tent.
• Participants may have one participant or multiple participants per tent.
• Participants provide their own tent, tables, displays, items to sell, etc.
• There are no tickets or fees to attend the Art Festival.
• There are no commissions or costs to participate, only registration. Each participant collects their own sales.
• The Grove will have food and drink for sale – accessible via the patio.
Once registered, Roger will prepare a map with tent assignments. The map will be displayed on Sunday May 17.
Set-up, Sunday, May 17, 2026, anytime after noon.
Take-down at 8pm when the event ends.
