The Rhythm of Earth – What Moves Us! with Just Add Rhythm at Fleming Island Library

Our planet is billions of years old, with millions of species having walked, crawled, or swam on this Earth! What do we all have in common? Rhythm! There is rhythm in our beating hearts, our footsteps, in the musical calls of birds, in the movement patterns of sea creatures. Let’s explore how rhythm moves our world!
During this hands-on interactive experience, all participants will be able to play drums and percussion instruments for the entire session, and we will play rhythm games that focus on empathy and compassion, teamwork, and creativity. Come drum with us!
