
Come along with our Parks Naturalist on a Historical Walking Tour of Camp Chowenwaw Park! The tour focuses on the park’s use as a Girl Scout camp from 1933 to 2006. This tour includes an inside look at our iconic Big Cabin that was built during the Great Depression. The walk will begin at the Big Cabin in the main parking area.
This program is free to attend. It is recommended to wear closed-toe shoes and to bring water. Please be advised that areas of the walking tour will be on uneven terrain.
