Let's learn about mindfulness! We are partnering with the UF Extension office and IFAS (Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences) to teach kids about mindfulness topics, like mindful eating, yoga, feelings, and managing moods. This is a program recommended for kids ages 6 - 11.
