Firefly Program

- Location: Camp Chowenwaw Park: 1517 Ball Road Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043
Join us at Camp Chowenwaw Park to learn about Florida’s fireflies. A knowledgeable park naturalist will guide us as we observe firefly communication up close. During our time together, we will explore the firefly's life cycle and discuss some of the challenges they face. Please wear closed-toe shoes and consider bringing bug spray and a flashlight.
