The ELC of Duval, in partnership with Help Me Grow Florida, is proud host facilitated
playgroups at the Fleming Island Library, 1895 Town Center Blvd, every Friday morning from January 30 through May 1, 2026. The program is structured to support children's early learning and healthy development while creating a supportive community for the parents and caregivers! We will sing songs, tell stories, create art, and play!
