The Clay County Historical Museum in the Green Cove Springs Historic Triangle is open from 2 PM - 5 PM on the first and third Sunday of the month and includes a new exhibit celebrating the life and talent of long-time Clay County resident Slim Whitman, an international music sensation. Other exhibits include railroad memorabilia, a country kitchen, and country store display. Collections include hundreds of items, including early phonographs, medical equipment, cameras, typewriters, toasters, sewing machines, dolls, an elaborate dollhouse, vintage clothing, and many other items of everyday working and living.
Admission is FREE. Donations are appreciated.
